Phuket - Thailand's largest of islands located at the south of Thailand - is divided into 4 regions with the most famous being Western Phuket where the best beaches and part's are held. It is also where Patong Beach is.(refer to the Map: Bang Tao, Surin, Kamala, Patong), followed by the small islands along south east of Phuket - reknown for its beautiful beaches, clear waters, coral forests, limestone cliffs and caves.
Important to note that the climate in Phuket is Hot and Humid through the year. You would want to plan your trip to avoid disappointments as well as bad weather. A rough weather guide follows:
HOT : MARCH - MAY
MONSOON :MAY - OCTOBER with the mornings being sunny and clear but expect rains in the evening. This naturally affects water clarity as well if you're looking to go island hopping.
COOL : NOVEMBER - FEBRUARY
The COOL season is when locals consider the weather much more tolerable (24 - 31 degrees average). What follows are the range of activities you can enjoy during your stay / vacation in Phuket.
Day 1:
Arrival and Hotel Transfer.
Day 2:
Explore two of Phuket's most beautiful islands - RAYA ISLAND and CORAL ISLAND for a fun filled hoping adventure with Delicious Lunch stop at Raya Island. This is a full day activity and pick ups begin at 7.30am at your hotel You can enjoy banana boat rides, parasailing and scuba at Coral island at your own cost - at Raya Island enjoy clear waters and explore Siam Bay, Ter Bay and Ler Bay while you're there. Enjoy lunch at Raya Island before you continue your experience there before heading back to your hotel to rest.Day 3:
After breakfast, join the tour to the awesome PHI PHI ISLANDS and spectacular Hollywood movie fame MAYA BAY ('THE BEACH'). During this trip as well, the BONUS rides are that you will be able to explore Monkey Island, Mosquito Island and Pileh Cave. This is a lunch inclusive trip and Vegetarian meals are also available upon prior request and in advance to avoid disappointments.
Day 4:
GOODBYE! With so much of soaking up the sun, it is also your last day at in Phuket - you can opt to explore Old Phuket town and other interesting sites around Phuket before heading to the airport for your onward flight or just take it easy and sleep in till afternoon before you check out!
